EB24 Window Styles

EB24 windows and doors are available in five different styles, all of them have superb features which faithfully replicate your original steel windows.

Our EB24 windows are generally fitted with sealed, double-glazed insulated glass units. The glass we use is modern, low-emissivity glass (which minimises heat loss from your room), and the space between the two glass panes in these high-performance units is filled with Argon gas for excellent insulation performance.

Below you can review each of the Clement EB24 window styles in detail using our interactive 3D images.

Standard - Clear glazing

Clear glass is the reference choice for many of our customers.  Without any glazing bars, clear glass allows you to maximise natural daylight and solar gain - providing an uninterrupted view over your garden.

Our EB24 windows are fitted with sealed, double-glazed insulated glass units. The glass we use is modern, low-emissivity glass (which minimises heat loss from your room), and the space between the two glass panes in these high-performance units is filled with Argon gas for optimum insulation and sound reduction performance.

Rectangular leaded

Where the client is replacing leaded lights, we offer genuine lead in an arrangement that can match the pattern of the original leads. We recommend either 9mm oval lead or 12mm flat lead.

Lead is added to the outside glass pane, and the joints are soldered by hand in our own factory as we did in the past.

Each junction of horizontal and vertical lead is soldered by hand in the time honoured fashion, making a big difference to the window’s appearance and setting Clement’s product apart from others.

Diamond leaded

Diamond leaded lights are carefully manufactured by our craftsmen using the same hand-made technique that we use for our Rectangular leaded lights.

Lead is applied to the outside pane of glass and each junction is soldered by hand – which makes the Clement product stand out from our competitors. We recommend either 9mm oval lead or 12mm flat lead

Georgian welded

In order to replicate Georgian bars, we offer multi-pane windows that use Clement’s G+ system for added authenticity. G+ uses a engineered welded steel strip fabricated in a horizontal pattern, (or horizontal and vertical pattern) to match the configuration of the original windows.

This method of fabrication is proprietary to Clement and these windows are frequently specified for listed buildings and conservation areas.

Georgian Fenestra Joint

The Georgian Fenestra Joint system uses welded horizontal and vertical bars to replicate the original window design. This technique, using engineered welded steel strip, is unique and proprietary to Clement and offers an excellent replacement for original steel windows. These windows are frequently specified for listed buildings and for buildings in Conservation areas.
