Specified for historic or listed buildings, Clement's EB SMW windows are purpose made using steel sections and window furniture that replicate the original early window designs. Indeed it is possible on very sensitive single glazed historic replacement projects to achieve a precise geometric match.

The SMW Range is an ideal window replacement for historic buildings or for properties in conservation areas where design sensitivity requires a precise replica window ( and where double glazing is not an option). This traditional steel window has withstood the test of time as a metal window replacement for the most sensitive of projects where only single glazing can be used as a replacement.

Windows from Clement's SMW range:

• Are single glazed replicas of the ubiquitous steel windows of the early to mid 20th century

• Are intended for restoration projects where double glazing is not an option

• Use a single pane of glass, which can be up to 10mm thick

• Use single point locking, an external hinge, and simple weatherstripping detail
